I’m happy to announce my first Quad Cortex preset! This preset contains captures dialed in to give you instant John Mayer tones. The core of the tone is a dialed in Two Rock Traditional Clean, which is basically the successor to the Two Rock JM Sig. Also captured in this pack are overdrive/boost pedals one would associate with John Mayer; Ibanez TS10, Nordvang Gravity (Klon), and Keeley Katana. Plenty of other effects have been dialed in for some of my favorite JM tones. Yes, this includes the Qtron!
Scenes:
- Clean
- Katana
- Klon
- TS10
- Solo (Katana, TS10, Klon)
- Qtron
- Clean Chorus
- Lead Chorus
Please Note: This preset is NOT compatible with the new Nano Cortex!

I paid for the quad cortex patch but I haven't received the presets... Tried to get in toutch but I've got no answer...
Tones are indeed really good, Q-Tron might need some tweaking in case you need a cleaner tone out of it but it's all fantastic. Worth the purchase.
First of all, I'm suffering from GAS as most guitar players. I have a kemper, a quad cortex, Fuchs ODS amp with a OX box and a room full of pedals. I've been chasing the JM continuum tone for years with some luck, but man, these scenes have THE tone. I'm actually blown away.
After two weeks of playing I can say I really like the preset of the Two Rock. It gives a nice clean tone and with the added TS it gives that nice crunchy tone. Very well worth the few dollars.
Download came very quickly after paying, evnthough we live in different timezones (I presume America vs Netherlands).
I did a JM tone using one of the videos you shared months ago. For some reason, that preset I made sounds better than this. I dunno if I'm doing something wrong, but I would've loved to have some sort of guide to what´s what or how get this up and running.
